At this time 5 to 10 percent of the boys complain of uncomfortable pain in the abdomen during the menstrual cycle. Some people leave school or work and almost get bored. In the first one-two years of the beginning of the month, the problem is most prominent.

The abnormal contraction of cervical muscles during menstruation is responsible for this pain.

Pain and accessory symptoms
A few hours before the start of the menstrual period, there is an abdominal pain, which spreads on the waist and thighs, with vomiting, dehydration, weakness, headache, irritable mood etc. Someone may have diarrhea for a day or two. Additional symptoms such as anxiety and stress, such as upcoming tests, travel, etc. will increase.

There is nothing to worry about

As the age progresses, anxiety and panic over the whole thing decreases and most of the symptoms are reduced. In addition, after the delivery of the baby, the cervical stretch goes, but pain is gone. There is no need to test the problem. The first step of treatment is to take the matter naturally and not be anxious. Give nutritious food and plenty of fluid food at the time. Encourage normal activities. But if the pain is severe and chronic, then the doctor should be patient.
