Diet Plan for Healthy Skin

The effect of what you eat does not appear directly on your body but on the skin itself. If you change your diet and eating habits, then there will be a difference in skin color immediately. For a healthy skin, take a diet containing vitamins A and vitamin C, make a routine for skin care, drink plenty of water and sleep for rest. To treat skin diseases physicians, 70% of skin problems and skin related disease are important for diet.

* First day

Breakfast: Orange juice and porridge in a small glass

Lunch: Roti-Rice (in small quantities), green vegetables, salad and curd

Dinner: Pumpkin Vegetable and Roti If you are non-vegetarian then do not eat red meat. Instead of chicken can eat.

* Second day

Breakfast: Small glass orange juice. Whole grain porridge and banana

Lunch: Roti-Rice (in small quantities), green vegetables, salad and curd. Tomato soup and a large piece of fresh pineapple

Dinner: Fry with broccoli's vegetable bread

* Third day

Breakfast: Small glass orange juice and fruit salad

Lunch: fish curry and rice

Dinner: Roti - Vegetable and Salad

* Fourth day

Breakfast: porridge

Lunch: Light roasted vegetables, lentils-rice and curd

Dinner: Roti-Veg and Salad

* 5th day

Breakfast: Orange juice and egg

Lunch: Chicken & Sandwiches or Salad, Curd

Dinner: Roti-Veg and Salad

* Sixth Day

Breakfast: A small glass of fruit juice

Lunch: Roti-Rice (in small quantities), green vegetables, salad and curd

Dinner: fish curry and rice

* Seventh day

Breakfast: porridge and orange juice

Lunch: Roti-Rice (in small quantities), green vegetables, salad and curd

Dinner: roasted chicken, broccoli's vegetable

* Includes them in the diet

• Drink juicy fruit like orange, lemon and seasonal juice for Vitamin C

• Vitamin A can eat papaya, orange and white part of egg

• Eat fruits and green vegetables for vitamin B

• Eat peanuts for vitamin E

• Eat tomato, it contains beta-carotene. It does not have skin in skin

• Anti-oxidants elements are also found in papaya, guava, grapes and watermelon

• Drink plenty of water, it makes the toxin out of the body and makes the skin glowing

• Eat fish, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, soybean and pulses regularly. It gives protein and protein creates skin cells
