* Aloe vera juice and fruit juice
Cut the aloe vera and take out the gel from it and like your mind, mix any fruit juice.
* Plain aloevara gels and juices
Peel aloe vera and take out its gel and keep it in the fridge for further use. You must drink ½ cup juice before 15 minutes before each meal. Drink this juice for 1-2 weeks. If you want, you can eat 1 teaspoon gel once a day.
* Aloe vera and lemon
Take Eloverira's jelly in a glass and mix it with lemon, water and a little honey and drink it. Due to regular drinking, obesity is low.
* Aloe vera and honey
Mix 1 teaspoon honey in a glass aloeover juice. Play it well and drink it. Regular drinking it increases metabolism, stomach is fine and excessive fat burns.
* Aloe vera and water
Mix 1-2 teaspoon aloe vera juice with water and drink it. Drink it once a day

For example, make a smoothie by mixing 1 bowl dust spinach, 1 large piece of aloe vera, ½ peeled cucumber, 1 cup chopped mangoes or pineapple, 2 splices orange, ¾ cup coconut water, 5-6 ice cubes, ½ teaspoon spirulina powder Drink 2-3 times in.
